Garden Design work has been undertaken since 1995, in a variety of places from small town gardens to large country gardens, including a grade 1 listed Hall.
 
Most of the garden design work takes place in Yorkshire, UK. International work has included the design of the grounds of a villa in Cairo, Egypt.

Design skills are used creatively together with knowledge and experience gained over many years.

Garden Design Awards:
While at college Ian Simkins was the co-designer of the Silver-Gilt winning Askham Bryan College entry at the 1994 Chelsea Flower Show.
